I'm visiting several historical sites in Seoul with the D.Min LGP students.
They include Yanghwajin (양화진), the cemetery for foreign missionaries. Homer Hulbert who I mentioned the other day is buried there.
Then we see Seodaemun Prison, where there is memorial to the persecuted early Christians of Korea, and Kim Gu (김구; 金九; also known by his pen name Baekbeom (백범; 白凡). Kim Gu was the last provisional president of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, being assassinated in 1949.
And lastly we are viewing some of Korea's mega churches.
