Beyond smells & bells: the wonder and power of Christian liturgy

I just got this book by Mark Galli.

It's short, easy to read, and the best thing on why liturgy might help Christians connect to and grow in Christian faith in our current culture.

I've already written about how my church community have been understanding the perverse liturgies of consumer culture, and how Christian liturgy can counter and form a different identity.

There are many books I like and recommend, but I suspect this is one I will read, carry with me, and give away many times, as well as using it in my own church context.
