So if you post something on your blog, and it has an RSS feed, then presumably you want it to be available for everyone to read, and don't care if it is used by someone else. But what happens when you do care. If someone is misusing your work/thoughts, misrepresenting you, making money from your writing? You can make your news feeds from your blog partial to protect your site, and have people visit you to get the full post. But can you scream copyright when people misuse your stuff?
The law is not clear, and there is a legal case that will test the might Google, and have implications for all bloggers over issues of copyright for linking, using feeds, and over whether we have to pay to link/qoute/feed/use others material. So watch this one with interest, as european publishers are suing google for using their content.
